The 1st Seminar on Water Economics and Technology ("WATERTRAIN") will take place on October 3 till October 7, 2011 in Berlin. Prof. Dr. Frank Ward will teach participants in modeling of watershed economic applications. Further information and the program will be published soon.

The 2nd Workshop on Water Economics and Technology ("WATERDAY") will take place within INFRADAY conference on October 8, 2011 in Berlin. More information will come soon on this website.

 

 

WATERDAY 2010

 The 1st Workshop on Water Economics and Technology (“WATERDAY”) will take place on February 25, 2010. This event addresses new challenges for water management and policy, in particular the institutional design and the regulatory framework for short- and long-term investment. Emphasis is put on intensifying the dialogue between economic and technical issues in a dialogue between practitioners, policymakers, and academics.
